Registration

In New Zealand there are separate registration procedures or pathways for:

1. Applicants who have a recognised qualification and the required work experience (check recognised qualificaitions and required work experience)
   
   
2. Applicants who do NOT have a recognised qualification and/or the required work experience
   
   
3. Applicants who have been a New Zealand Registered Architect before
   
   
4. APEC Architects from Japan, Singapore or Chinese Taipei.
   

Advice is available as to which pathway is right for you.

Australian Registered Architects are entitled to registration in New Zealand as of right (and vice versa).
