The following architects have been suspended as a disciplinary penalty.

Suspended under the Registered Architects Act 2005 section 27
The following architects have been suspended because they have not paid fines imposed as a disciplinary penalty.
- There are no architects suspended under section 27 at this time.
Being suspended means that an architect can no longer practise as an architect, or describe him or herself as a "Registered Architect", or use the title "architect" when offering or providing building design services.
